Privacy

This notice covers the Feed Me app, website and retained waitlist records. Updated 23 September 2026.

Who is responsible

FeedMeFast, LLC operates Feed Me and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at contact@feedme.fast.

Information we use

Accounts store your username, optional login email, linked public wallet address, password and recovery-code hashes, and session-token hashes. Linking X records your X account identifier and username. Session cookies keep you signed in. We do not publish your login email in reward data or write it to the blockchain.

Location features request your permission to use GPS. Claim and check-in verification sends location readings to our server. We retain the last accepted claim location for wallet and browser travel checks, with cleanup after seven days. Feed Me does not track your location in the background.

Wallet addresses, payments, XP and claim events are public on the blockchain. Drop identifiers can be matched to the restaurant directory. These public records remain visible independently of your Feed Me account and cannot be erased by deleting it.

For waitlist subscribers, we retain email addresses, signup times, confirmation and unsubscribe status, and records of emails sent. These include message content, send times and delivery-provider references.

Our hosting and anti-bot services process technical information such as IP addresses and browser or device signals. Feed Me’s request limits use keyed hashes of IP addresses, network information and email addresses to detect repeated attempts. A security cookie identifies the browser for up to 30 days to enforce anti-abuse limits.

Why we use it

We use account and wallet information to authenticate you, link rewards to your account and show your claim history. Location, X account and technical information help verify claim eligibility, apply cooldowns and prevent duplicate claims, automated signups and misuse.

We use waitlist records to manage confirmations and subscribed email updates. You can withdraw permission for these emails at any time. Security records also help prevent duplicate sends and keep the website available.

Services involved

  • Vercel hosts the website and processes web requests.
  • Neon hosts our database, including account, security, waitlist and email records.
  • Resend delivers emails and processes recipient addresses, message content and delivery information.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish people from automated traffic using technical browser and device information.
  • X handles the authorization used to link your X account. Wallet providers and blockchain services process wallet connections and transactions. Their own privacy policies apply to information they receive.
  • Map providers, including OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap and Esri, receive requests for the map areas you view.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their linked notices describe their privacy practices. Following a link to X takes you to a separate service with its own privacy policy.

Unsubscribing and stored records

Every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops further waitlist emails; it does not automatically erase your signup or past email records. Your unsubscribe status remains recorded so we can respect your choice. To request deletion of stored information, contact us.

Your choices

You can contact contact@feedme.fast to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Depending on applicable law, you may also request a copy, object to processing, request its restriction or complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account or email address. You can decline location permission, but on-site claims require location verification. Public blockchain records remain outside our control.
